RETURNS & REFUNDS

Food items & Grooming Items are non Returnable 

In case of non food & Non Grooming Items, you can apply for a return within 7 days of the delivery. In order to return a product due to any reason, you would need to put in a request on our returns page under your order in your my account section or you can call our customer care on 9821894224 and mention the details of the product you wish to return. Once the return request is made, we will initiate the process and ensure that refund is made within 07 days. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged, with the original packaging and has receipt or invoice with it.

EXCHANGE 

No exchange is allowed in case of Food Items & Grooming Items

In case of non food  and non grooming items, once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate to check whether the product is eligible for replacement or not. Once confirmed, replacement process will be initiated soon. We will notify you regarding the same via E-mail or SMS. The next expected delivery date will be mentioned in the E-mail/SMS. Keeping in mind the value of your precious time, we try to replace the product in the minimum time possible.

Notes:

1) Customer is adviced not to accept any package if it is damaged or the package looks or is tampered. Customer is requested to immediately raise the issue with petsessentia customer care via email or phone. 

2) In case of product found damaged after opening or missing items or wrong items, please raise a request to customer care within 12 hours of product delivery. Customer is required to take a photo of the damaged product, ox box and share. 

3) Refund or Replacement for above issues mentioned in point 2 is only possible after petsessentia gets the products back alongwith all original bills and packaging and the QC team is satisfied of the same. 

4) Under no other circumstances do we accept refund/replacement for any food items.
